A family favorite my aunt Doris created. It is the most requested around our family for her to cook.
Ingredients:
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of celery
3-4 chicken breasts
Mueller’s Dumpling Noodles
Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
1 8 oz. Cream Cheese (Softened at room temp.)
16 oz. Sour Cream

Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
1lb. Chicken Breast
1 - 1 & 1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 cups grapes
1/2 - 1 cup almonds
Salt and pepper
Optional: Serve with Croissants
Directions:
Boil chicken breast, drain and shred.
Mix all other ingredients to taste.
Some like a little more or a little less of mayo, grapes, and almonds.
Delicious! Another family favorite!

Breakfast Rolls

Crescent Rolls (Pillsbury is my favorite)
Scrambled Eggs
Cheese
Sausage (Optional)
Scramble eggs, and cook sausage separately
Open Crescent rolls and stretch them out a little
Add Egg, Cheese, and sausage
Roll the crescent rolls over the sausage, eggs, and cheese, closing on all sides.
Cook according to Crescent rolls directions

Tuna Tacos

Ingredients:
1 can Tuna
1/2 jar Salsa
Mexican Cheese
Whole Wheat Tortillas
Directions:
Heat Non-stick grill. Mix can of Tuna with Salsa. Dip Tortilla in water to soften. Place on grill and heat on both sides.
Place Tuna and salsa in tortilla. Sprinkle Cheese over Tuna Mixture. Fold Tortilla and heat until cheese is melted.
