Crescent Cream Cheese

Ingredients:

2 cans Crescent Rolls
1 stick of butter (melted)
2 packs cream cheese
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
Cinnamon

Directions:

Spread one can of crescent rolls in a 13X9 dish
mix cream cheese and brown sugar and spread on top of crescent rolls
layer second can of crescent rolls over cream cheese
Drizzle melted butter over crescent rolls
sprinkle cinnamon and Brown Sugar on top

A great Recipe from my mother-in-law, the best Apple Cider I have ever had!
 Ingredients: 
32 oz. Apple Juice or Cider
16 oz. Cranberry Juice Cocktail
1 3 inch Cinnamon Sticks broken into pieces
1/2 cup brown sugar

Sausage Dip

Here is another great and quick appetizer:
Ingredients:

1lb. Mild Sausage
1 can Mild Rotel Tomatoes
1 - 8 oz block of cream cheese

Directions:

Brown the sausage, and drain
Return the Sausage back to the pan and add Rotel Tomatoes, and Cream Cheese
Once the Cream Cheese is fully melted, it is ready to serve.

Serve with Tortilla Chips.

Light Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients:
1 - box spice cake mix
1 - 15oz can of pumpkin
1/2 cup - chocolate chips
1/2 cup - water

Do not follow the cake recipe for the ingredients, just mix everything

Recipe for Shrimp Pasta:
1/2 - 1lb Shrimp
1lb Pasta
1 stick butter
1 diced onion
1 seasoning packet Italian Dressing

For a thicker creamier sauce add:
1/2 to 1 cup Half and Half
Parmesan cheese to taste.
Directions:
Cook Pasta.

Ingredients:

1 can enchilada sauce
8 corn tortillas
1 lb. Hamburger
1 can mexicorn
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups grated mexican mix cheese

Directions:

Dip tortillas in enchilada sauce and line in a casserole dish.
Pour rest of sauce on tortillas.
Then add cooked hamburger evenly on the tortillas.
Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese over hamburger.
