Recipe for Shrimp Pasta:
1/2 - 1lb Shrimp
1lb Pasta
1 stick butter
1 diced onion
1 seasoning packet Italian Dressing

For a thicker creamier sauce add:
1/2 to 1 cup Half and Half

Ingredients:

1 can enchilada sauce
8 corn tortillas
1 lb. Hamburger
1 can mexicorn
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups grated mexican mix cheese

Directions:

Dip tortillas in enchilada sauce and line in a casserole dish.
Pour rest of sauce on tortillas.
