I loved this recipe!!
Ingredients:
1 Large Onion
1 package of taco seasoning
2 cups whole Corn
1 can Fat Free Chicken Broth
1 can Black Beans, undrained
1 can Great Northern Beans
1 can Fat Free Refried Beans
1 can Rotel tomatoes (Mild)
Optional: 1 lb. shrimp, saute’ with the onions.
